Our rates start as low as $750 and vary depending on several variables, such as the type of room, whether private or shared and individual tenant needs. We also take into consideration verifiable income on a case-by-case basis.

At this time, we do not offer virtual property tours, but this is a feature that will be available soon. 

At this time, we do not require background or credit checks. We do however, for some of our homes conduct a behaviorial assessment (mobility, mental and physical health) to determine if a tenant is a good fit for our community.
